CCVS Group Development Work

Crawley CVS offers information and advice around a wide variety of topics from new group start up, policy development and funding advice specific to your organisation. We have a helpline where you can speak directly with a member of our team. This is open between 10am – 3pm on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursdays, the number is 01293 657162.

Starting a new group
Starting a new group can be confusing; CCVS offer direct practical support and advice on structuring your group, charity registration, writing your constitution and charity law.

Running your Voluntary Organisation
CCVS can help your group to grow and develop. We offer a health check to assess your needs, we can then tailor our support. This can include help to write policies and procedures, reviewing your trustee roles or offering support with problems or changes.

CCVS can help you find the right funder for your organisation. We give guidance on completing funding applications including assessing the need for a project, measuring outcomes and the impact of the work that you do.

Practical Support
CCVS offer a range of practical support options including meeting room hire and administrative support. We can loan equipment including display boards.

Local Networks
Our local forums help groups to share common issues and learn together. Groups meet on a quarterly basis, and also receive regular email updates.

CCVS provides a range of briefing sessions and learning lunches throughout the year.
