Health Trainer Service
Would you like to have a healthier lifestyle? The Health Trainers can offer the support you need. They work one-to-one with anyone over the age of 18 who wants to improve their health and wellbeing, and are available to help with a range of health issues from stopping smoking and losing weight to how to find time for exercise. They will motivate people and help them to set achievable goals, develop personal health plans, give practical support and identify and challenge any potential barriers. The service has been developed by West Sussex Primary Care Trust (PCT) in partnership with West Sussex County Council and local voluntary organisations.
For more information, telephone: 01293 657154 or e-mail: health@crawleycvs.org.
