October 2010...

Crawley Black History Month (CBHM) kicks off in Crawley's Queens Square on Saturday 2nd October with a day of music, dance, fashion and food. A number of events including theatre productions at the Hawth, films, workshops and football tournaments will take place throughout October. This year the theme is South Africa and the World Cup, combining arts and sports to evoke the spirit of this rainbow nation. You can also get a flavour of African cuisine, as there will be dishes on sale at the ArtCafe at the CBHM grand finale on 30th October.
