Crawley CVS as well as 12 other organisations moved into ‘The Orchard’ at the end of November 2006. In addition to hosting these groups at ‘The Orchard’, CCVS also has 2 meeting rooms for hire. Plus we have 2 other meeting rooms based at ‘The Tree Annexe’, 103 High Street, Crawley.

All of these rooms are offered at attractive rates and, although preference is given to charitable organisations, we welcome enquiries from commercial organisations too. The rooms are available 7 days a week from 9am until 10pm. Please enquire about the additional facilities available for use in these meeting rooms as these are in the process of being updated.

Longley Room The Longley Room, our largest facility, may be used boardroom style, to comfortably accommodate 20 people or is equally at home with theatre style seating for 36 people. The room takes it name from the late Sir Norman Longley, who was heavily involved in designing and building Crawley New Town.		Whittick Room The Whittick Room is named after the late Arnold Whittick who was a founder member of CCVS. This room is ideal for the smaller committee meeting with ample seating for 8 people around the table.
