Bank Take Home and Settle Co-ordinator - Age UK West Sussex

Take Home and Settle enables vulnerable people, whose hospital discharge is delayed due to a lack of support, to return home safely and be settled comfortably. Relative Support will provide families with good quality information and advice to support them to make life changing decisions about their loved ones housing and care options. As the service is delivered in 7 hour shifts (less ½ hour break) 7 days a week, a rota system operates. They require bank staff to cover holiday and sickness absence.
You need to have a full driving licence and use of a car.
