Burrswood - Sessional Counsellor

An opportunity has arisen for a qualified BACP Accredited counsellor to join Burrswood's inter-disciplinary care team based in their Outpatient Department.

You will be experienced in individual, couple and telephone counselling and have an understanding of coaching. You will be a skilled practitioner confident in working on your own initiative.

Initially the hours of work will be 6 - 8 p.m. on Thursdays and 9 - 11 a.m. on Saturdays. There is also the scope to develop a wider client base and increase working hours.

You will be provided with support, monthly supervision (i.e. fully-funded group supervision and a generous allowance towards individual supervision) and, when available, subsidised or free training courses.

Crawley Open House -Sessional Staff

To provide back-up support to their team of Project Workers by being available to cover shifts that become available for planned and unplanned reasons.

The Project Worker team provide support and understanding to all of our homeless and disadvantaged clients throughout the day and night in a multi-skilled role that includes key-working, cooking, life-skills, etc.

Previous experience of working with this client group would be advantageous but is not essential.
