Business Development and Marketing Manager
Salary: £30,000pa (pro rata)
Hours: 23 per week or 100 per month
Location: negotiable across CAB's 8 centers, suitable for some home working
This role will build and maintain excellent working relationships with current and potential funders, market the CAB service effectively across West Sussex, and deliver income generation and sustainability.
Financial Controller
Salary: circ £5,000pa
Hours: 5/6 days per month.
Location: negotiable across CAB's 8 Centres
This role will establish, monitor and communicate financial controls and information to the Trustees, CEO and the Finance and Support Services Manager of the Bureau in order that the Charity’s finances are managed effectively and efficiently. Clinical Supervisors
Sussex Central YMCA has vacancies for two 5-hour-per-week posts - day time hours and one early evening. The post holders will be based at Dialogue Horsham and Crawley Counselling, Oakhill Road, Horsham, West Sussex. Dialogue Horsham and Crawley Counselling is a professional and friendly counselling service providing adult clinical support for the local community. The YMCA is looking for experienced supervisors to join the team to provide weekly group supervision for qualified and trainee counsellors. As a supervisor you will need to be experienced in working with a wide range of issues and be familiar with multi-agency working, BACP/UKCP accredited and be post qualified for five years. There will also be the opportunity to deliver training & workshops and to be part of the Clinical Management team. This post will require an enhanced CRB check. BME Youth Support Worker
The Black and Minority Ethnic Young People’s Project (BMEYPP) aims to meet the needs of Black and Minority Ethnic (BME) young people aged 11 to 25 enabling them to reach their full potential. It is seeking to employ a part-time Youth Support Worker to support the development and delivery of project activities. The post will involve leading a range of sports, arts, and education projects with groups of young people and providing one to one support to individual young people. BMEYPP is looking for someone who is highly motivated and enthusiastic with experience of working with young people in youth work settings.
